Your purchased credits remain in your active GrowGen account and do not expire. After your paid subscription ends, your account moves to the Free plan, and purchased credits can only be used with features available on the Free plan. Purchased credits do not maintain or unlock Growth or Pro features. If you permanently delete your GrowGen account, any unused credits are forfeited.

Pro members can complete a weekly check-in inside GrowGen to review progress, identify challenges, and receive AI-guided next steps. Check-ins take place inside the app and do not include email reminders, text messages, a live coach, or one-on-one meetings.
Your existing content remains available. You can view, copy, download, or delete saved items, but you cannot save another item until you remove an existing one or upgrade to a plan with expanded library access. GrowGen will not automatically delete your saved content.
Free users can complete up to 2 successful Conversation Builder generations per monthly allowance period. Failed system requests do not count toward the limit. The limit resets when your monthly Free allowance resets.
Growth members receive email support with an initial response generally provided within two business days. Pro members receive priority support with an initial response generally provided within one business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays. Response times are general targets, not guaranteed service-level agreements, and apply to the initial response — not to issue resolution. GrowGen does not offer live chat, phone support, weekend support, 24/7 support, or same-day support.
